Supported Agriculture
A CSA (or subscription farming) is a convenient and interactive way to get fresh, locally grown food straight from the farm. Consumers buy a "share" in the farm before the season begins, then receive weekly boxes of farm-fresh food throughout the season. The following CSA farms offer weekly boxes of fresh produce, and in some cases animal products and value added goods. Remember, CSAs usually begin recruiting members in the winter/early spring, so sign up early!
