Our product is Vrapple, the vegan breakfast treat that beats the CRAP out of scrapple! Using a very traditional Pennsylvania Dutch recipe, and a few non-traditional ingredients, we have created a vegan scrapple. Vrapple is primarily seitan and made with locally grown & milled cornmeal. Vrapple can come in your choice of three different sizes: the large (1+lb loaf) or small (2/3lb) for retail sales, or the the 2+lb loaf for use in restaurants (16 slices). Very low fat, high protein and delicious. Vrapple makes early morning protein struggles between he vegan and omnivore obsolete!
