Our product is Vrapple, the vegan breakfast treat that beats the CRAP out of scrapple! Vrapple is primarily seitan and locally grown & milled cornmeal. Vrapple can come in your choice of two different sizes: the 1+lb loaf for retail sales (equals 8 slices) or the the 2+lb for use in restaurants (16 slices/8 orders).
